
John Madden is the Managing Partner and a founding investor of Sequel
Holdings. Over the past 15 years, he has worked in various capacities
with J.C. Bradford & Co., Bankers Trust Company, and Dean Foods
Company and its affiliated companies (Kaminski Engles Capital Corporation,
Engles Management Corporation, Suiza Foods Corporation and Reddy Ice
Corporation). Mr. Madden was actively involved in the growth of Dean
Foods from the company’s initial dairy acquisition in Puerto Rico
in 1993 until he resigned in 2002 to form Sequel.

Alan Bernon is a founding investor of Sequel Holdings and a member of
its advisory board. He is also the Chief Operating Officer of Dean Foods’
Northeast Region and on the Board of Directors of Dean Foods Company.
Mr. Bernon and his brother sold their family business, Garelick Farms,
along with their plastics company, Franklin Plastics, to Suiza Foods
in 1997.

Gregg Engles is a founding investor of Sequel Holdings and a member
of its advisory board. He is also Chairman and Chief Executive Officer
of Dean Foods Company, one of the leading food and beverage companies
in the United States. Mr. Engles founded the company, beginning with
the 1988 acquisition of the Reddy Ice division of The Southland Corporation.

Michael Fagelman is an associate of Sequel Holdings. Prior to joining
Sequel in 2003, he was a Director in the Business Recovery Services
Group at PricewaterhouseCoopers L.L.P. and then FTI Consulting, Inc.,
which purchased the group in September 2002.

Michael Crow is a Senior Vice President and CFO of Sequel Holdings. Prior to joining Sequel in March 2006, he was a Managing Director of Growth Capital Partners, LP, where he also served as head of GCP’s Dallas office and Equity Sponsors Group. Prior to joining GCP in 2001, Mr. Crow was a Managing Director for Donaldson, Lufkin & Jenrette Securities Corporation.
