Ronald Klein

Ron Klein is a Managing Director of Sequel Holdings and is responsible for sourcing, executing, and monitoring the firm’s investments in the food and beverage industries. Previously, Mr. Klein held various senior level positions with Dean Foods Company, with responsibilities including mergers and acquisitions, strategy, and capital markets transactions.

Mr. Klein has also held top operating responsibilities at Dean Foods Company, most recently leading its cultured products group. While at Dean Foods, Mr. Klein completed over 70 mergers, acquisitions and strategic alliances, contributing to the growth of the company from approximately $500 million in sales to over $12 billion.

Mr. Klein began his career as a financial analyst with Bear, Stearns & Co. focusing on mergers and acquisitions and debt and equity offerings for mid-to large size companies. Mr. Klein previously served on the Board of Consolidated Container Corporation and is an active volunteer with the Jewish Federation of Greater Dallas. Mr. Klein received his B.B.A. from The University of Texas at Austin.
