Sequel Holdings Announces Additions to Its Investment Team

Sequel Holdings today announced two additions to its investment team, and one promotion.
In June 2018, Lisa Tyson Sandefer joined Sequel as counsel to assist Sequel and its portfolio companies with transaction execution, contract negotiations and documentation, fund compliance, and general oversight of the investment portfolio. Prior to joining Sequel, Ms. Tyson Sandefer served as Sr. Vice President and Deputy General Counsel of Dean Foods Company. Prior to Dean Foods Company, Ms. Tyson Sandefer worked in the Corporate, Securities and Business Sections at Winstead, P.C.
In July 2018, Clint Golman joined Sequel as an Associate where he is responsible for identifying and evaluating new investment opportunities, due diligence, and execution. He will also assist in the oversight of portfolio companies. Prior to joining Sequel, Mr. Golman was an investment banking analyst with Deloitte Corporate Finance (formerly McColl Partners) in Dallas, where he focused on M&A advisory and capital raising services.
In July 2018, Harrison (Hank) Biddle was promoted to Associate. Mr. Biddle joined Sequel in November 2015 as a financial analyst. Prior to joining Sequel, Mr. Biddle was an analyst with J.P. Morgan's Private Bank, where he provided wealth management services to high net worth individuals and families across multiple investment markets.
